1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Bobjob Moto.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bobjobmoto.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products offered by Bobjob Moto Limited ("Bobjob Moto," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio business.
By accessing or using our Website, or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing our products.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from placing an order or using the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to place an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Products and Intended Use
Bobjob Moto designs, develops, manufactures, assembles, and distributes aftermarket motorcycle components, accessories, lighting products, mounting hardware, and related equipment.
Our products are intended for use with specific motorcycle makes, models, configurations, and applications as described in their respective product listings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bobjob Moto products are aftermarket components and are not manufactured, endorsed, approved, or warranted by the original motorcycle manufacturer.
Product designs, specifications, availability, and compatibility information may be updated or revised without prior notice. Any such changes will not alter an accepted order without the customer's agreement where required by law.
Certain lighting products are intended exclusively for off-road, exhibition, or show applications and may not comply with applicable requirements for operation on public roads. These limitations will be identified in the applicable product listings.
Customers must review and observe all product-specific restrictions and warnings before purchase, installation, or use.
3. Vehicle Compatibility and Fitment
Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information provided in each product listing and confirming that the selected product is suitable for their motorcycle's year, make, model, and configuration.
Bobjob Moto makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate fitment information. However, fitment may be affected by factors including:
Model-year differences and manufacturer revisions.
Factory equipment variations.
Previously installed aftermarket accessories.
Modified wiring harnesses or electrical components.
Custom frames, seats, fenders, exhaust systems, and mounting arrangements.
Prior owner modifications or repairs.
Compatibility information is based on the configurations identified in the product listing. Compatibility with vehicles not expressly identified as tested or supported is not guaranteed.
Certain products have not been verified for compatibility with 2026 or newer motorcycle models. Where applicable, this limitation will be specifically disclosed in the corresponding product listing.
Customers with modified motorcycles or uncertain vehicle configurations are encouraged to contact Bobjob Moto before purchasing.
Bobjob Moto remains responsible for the accuracy of its express product descriptions and compatibility representations, subject to applicable law.
4. Installation and Customer Responsibilities
Bobjob Moto products are generally designed to permit customer installation. Installation instructions may be included with the product or provided electronically.
Customers agree to:
Read and follow all applicable installation instructions, safety warnings, and product specifications.
Use appropriate tools, mounting hardware, and installation techniques.
Confirm that components are securely installed and properly positioned.
Inspect wiring, connections, mounting points, and clearances before operation.
Confirm that all affected lighting, electrical, and mechanical functions operate correctly after installation.
Correct any unsafe condition before operating the motorcycle.
Professional installation by a qualified motorcycle technician is strongly recommended whenever installation involves electrical modifications, drilling, structural attachment points, safety-related components, or uncertainty regarding proper installation.
Some Bobjob Moto products may require or permit drilling, routing of wiring, or other modifications to the customer's motorcycle. Such modifications should be performed only after the customer has reviewed the applicable instructions and considered their potentially permanent effects.
For example, certain lighting installations may allow concealed wiring through drilled openings or alternative routing with externally visible wiring.
Bobjob Moto is not responsible for damage directly resulting from improper installation, failure to follow provided instructions, misuse of tools, or unauthorized modifications, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
This provision does not exclude responsibility for defective products, inaccurate instructions, or other matters for which liability cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
5. Electrical Components and Third-Party Compatibility
Certain Bobjob Moto products incorporate electrical components, LED lighting systems, connectors, wiring harnesses, or related accessories.
Unless expressly stated in the applicable product listing, compatibility with third-party electrical systems, wiring harnesses, controllers, lighting accessories, or modified factory wiring is not guaranteed.
Some Bobjob Moto products are designed to operate together as an integrated system. Purchasing and installing an individual component without the corresponding Bobjob Moto components may require additional electrical adaptation or may result in incompatibility.
For example, a license plate lighting component may be designed to operate with a specific Bobjob Moto wiring harness and may not function properly with unrelated aftermarket harnesses.
Customers must confirm that electrical connections, voltage requirements, polarity, circuit protection, and system operation are appropriate for their intended installation.
Customers must not assume that matching electrical connectors alone establish compatibility.
Improper electrical installation may cause component malfunction, wiring damage, blown fuses, overheating, or other hazards.
Customers should discontinue use immediately if they identify abnormal operation, overheating, intermittent electrical faults, exposed conductors, or other potentially unsafe conditions.
6. Lighting Products and Regulatory Compliance
Motorcycle lighting requirements vary according to the product, vehicle, installation configuration, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Unless Bobjob Moto expressly states otherwise for a particular product, Bobjob Moto does not represent that its aftermarket lighting products have been tested, certified, or demonstrated to comply with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108 (FMVSS 108), applicable SAE requirements, or state roadway equipment regulations.
Lighting products designated for off-road or show use are not offered or represented as compliant replacements for required public-road lighting equipment.
Customers must not install or use such products on public roads in configurations that violate applicable safety or vehicle equipment requirements.
Products may have limitations concerning turn-signal placement, lamp separation, color, visibility, brightness, mounting orientation, or other regulatory requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the disclosed intended use and legal restrictions before purchase or installation.
No statement in these Terms should be interpreted to mean that an off-road, exhibition, or show-use designation independently exempts any product from applicable federal or state motor vehicle equipment laws.
Bobjob Moto does not guarantee that the installation or use of a particular product will be lawful in every jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits Bobjob Moto's independent legal obligations concerning product design, manufacture, certification, sale, or distribution.
7. Inspection Before Motorcycle Operation
Customers must inspect and verify the proper installation and functionality of Bobjob Moto products before operating their motorcycle.
After installation, and before the first ride, customers should verify all functions affected by the installation, including, where applicable:
Running lights, brake lights, and turn signals.
License plate illumination.
Electrical connections and circuit protection.
Mounting hardware and fastener security.
Clearance from moving parts, suspension components, tires, exhaust components, and other sources of interference or heat.
Any identified malfunction, interference, insecure mounting condition, or other safety concern must be corrected before operation.
Customers should continue to inspect installed components periodically and after any event that could affect their installation or operation.
Failure to perform an appropriate inspection may create a risk of equipment damage, malfunction, or injury.
This inspection responsibility does not eliminate any applicable product warranty, consumer protection, or product liability rights.
8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and any other disclosed charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
Bobjob Moto reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:
Correct inaccurate product information or obvious pricing errors.
Limit quantities available for purchase.
Decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, or inventory unavailability.
Discontinue or revise product offerings.
Contact customers to resolve order discrepancies.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is accepted when Bobjob Moto confirms acceptance or dispatches the ordered merchandise, subject to applicable consumer laws.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, Bobjob Moto will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
Payments are securely processed through supported third-party payment service providers.
Bobjob Moto does not require customers to submit payment card information outside its authorized checkout process.
9. Shipping and Delivery
At initial launch, Bobjob Moto accepts orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States only.
Orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are not supported unless expressly authorized by Bobjob Moto.
Available shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated shipping or delivery times will be presented during checkout or otherwise disclosed before purchase.
Bobjob Moto will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the published processing and shipment timeframes.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, Bobjob Moto will provide any required delay notification, cancellation options, and refunds.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and promptly notifying Bobjob Moto of identified errors.
Shipping claims, transit damage, missing shipments, and other delivery-related matters will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
10. Returns and Refunds
Bobjob Moto accepts eligible returns of unused and uninstalled products within 14 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To qualify for an ordinary return, merchandise must generally be:
Unused and uninstalled.
Undamaged and in original condition.
Returned with all originally supplied components, hardware, instructions, and accessories.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers must contact info@bobjobmoto.com within the 14-day period to request return authorization before shipping merchandise back.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged through customer handling, or altered are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
This restriction does not eliminate rights or remedies for defective products, incorrectly supplied merchandise, warranty claims, or other circumstances protected by law.
For eligible nondefective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where the return results from Bobjob Moto's error.
Bobjob Moto does not charge a restocking fee for eligible ordinary returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Additional procedures and eligibility conditions are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The warranty applies to covered Bobjob Moto products purchased directly from bobjobmoto.com and begins on the date of confirmed delivery.
For products incorporating electrical or lighting components, qualifying manufacturing defects in those components are included within this warranty unless a specific product listing expressly provides different coverage before purchase.
The warranty applies to the product as supplied by Bobjob Moto and used for its disclosed intended purpose in accordance with applicable instructions.
11.2 Warranty Remedies
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Bobjob Moto will, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
Repair the defective product or component.
Replace the defective product or component with an equivalent product or component.
Provide a refund of the purchase price if repair or replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably resolve the defect.

Warranty service will be completed within a reasonable time following confirmation of the defect, subject to applicable law.
If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time, Bobjob Moto will provide any alternative remedy required by law.
11.3 Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or malfunctions to the extent caused by:
Improper installation or failure to follow provided installation instructions.
Incorrect wiring, polarity, voltage, or electrical connections.
Use of incompatible aftermarket components, controllers, or wiring harnesses.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or disassembly that cause or contribute to the claimed defect.
Misuse, abuse, impact damage, accidents, or improper maintenance.
Exposure to operating conditions outside the product's disclosed specifications.
Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or deterioration resulting from ordinary use.
Improper cleaning methods or exposure to incompatible chemicals.
Use of a product for an application outside its disclosed intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover unrelated motorcycle components or damage caused solely by the customer's improper installation or use.
Disassembly, independent repair, or use of third-party components does not automatically void the entire warranty. Coverage will be evaluated based on whether the relevant action or component caused or contributed to the claimed defect, consistent with applicable law.
This warranty does not generally cover third-party installation labor, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or vehicle downtime, except where required by law.
11.4 How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact:
Provide:
Your order number or other proof of purchase.
The product name.
A description of the suspected defect.
Photographs or video demonstrating the issue, when reasonably available.
Bobjob Moto may request additional information or inspection of the product to evaluate the claim.
Customers should not return merchandise without first contacting Bobjob Moto for instructions.
Where a physical return is reasonably required for a potentially covered defect, Bobjob Moto will arrange appropriate return instructions and, for qualifying claims, reasonable shipping costs.
Customers will not be required to obtain third-party paid repairs as a condition of requesting warranty service.
11.5 Legal Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This limited warranty does not disclaim any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, including applicable implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this warranty limits statutory remedies or rights that cannot legally be restricted.
A free copy of these warranty terms may be requested by contacting info@bobjobmoto.com.
12. Product Modifications, Misuse, and Unauthorized Alterations
Bobjob Moto products are designed and supplied for the applications and configurations described in their respective product listings.
Customers should not modify, alter, machine, cut, weld, rewire, disassemble, or otherwise change products in a manner inconsistent with their intended design or supplied instructions.
Modifications that adversely affect mounting integrity, electrical safety, environmental sealing, structural strength, or product functionality may create safety hazards.
Bobjob Moto is not responsible for damage directly attributable to such modifications or misuse, subject to applicable law.
Any warranty exclusion relating to modifications or alterations applies only to the extent permitted by law and where the modification or alteration caused or contributed to the claimed issue.
13. Product Appearance and Manufacturing Variations
Bobjob Moto makes reasonable efforts to represent its products accurately through photographs, descriptions, and specifications.
Minor variations in surface finish, coating appearance, color, texture, and other nonfunctional characteristics may occur because of manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, and display settings.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
However, this provision does not permit material deviations from advertised specifications or exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.
14. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except for the express limited warranty provided in these Terms, other express warranties apply only where specifically provided by Bobjob Moto in writing.
No statement by an unauthorized third party modifies the written warranty unless Bobjob Moto expressly agrees.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bobjob Moto makes no additional warranties concerning compatibility with unlisted motorcycle models, unauthorized third-party accessories, or configurations outside those expressly represented.
Nothing in this section disclaims or limits implied warranties or consumer rights in violation of applicable federal or state law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bobjob Moto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential economic losses arising solely from circumstances for which such liability may lawfully be excluded, including business interruption, lost profits, or loss of use.
Bobjob Moto is not responsible for losses directly caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use outside disclosed product specifications, except where Bobjob Moto is otherwise legally responsible.
For claims based solely on breach of these contractual Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, Bobjob Moto's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury, death, defective products, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other claims or remedies to the extent such exclusions or limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
These provisions do not reduce any rights under the express limited warranty or mandatory consumer protection laws.
16. Assumption of Inherent Motorcycle Risks
Operating and modifying motorcycles involves inherent risks.
Customers acknowledge that aftermarket modifications may affect a motorcycle's operation, visibility, handling, maintenance requirements, or compliance with applicable vehicle regulations.
Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care, following applicable installation instructions, and addressing unsafe operating conditions.
This acknowledgment does not constitute a waiver of claims arising from defects, negligent conduct, inadequate warnings, or other legally actionable conduct by Bobjob Moto.
